As a native Texan, I'm naturally a big fan of barbecue, and I was excited to try this unique concept that combines Indian and BBQ cuisines. Although I haven't sampled their lunch and dinner options yet, their breakfast is fantastic. I tried the brisket and barbacurry breakfast tacos ($5 each) and the sausage kolache, which is a classic Texas breakfast item. Everything was delicious, and I can’t wait to try their biryani BBQ bowls soon!
I have been doing BBQ for forty years, specializing in cooking whole pigs, and I consider myself pretty good at it. However, the team here truly raises the bar. Ryan's expertise in flavor and the skill of his team create a BBQ experience that is truly exceptional. The combination of Southern Indian flavors and Texas barbecue is harmoniously executed, unlike anything else I've encountered. There's simply no other BBQ in the area that can compete, including my own.
This is one of the top dining spots in Buffalo, and without a doubt, the best BBQ in the area. The brisket is absolutely incredible, and the sides are equally delightful. Everything here is fantastic. I highly recommend trying it all!
It took me a while to visit this place since the hours aren't the most convenient, but that's to be expected with authentic barbecue. I must say, this restaurant truly delivers. Unfortunately, they were out of ribs and pulled pork during my visit. However, the barbacurry was so impressive that it definitely gives me a reason to come back.
Thanksgiving dinner was absolutely delicious! The brisket biriyani, mac and cheese, stuffing, and sweet potato casserole were all fantastic. Each dish was packed with flavor, and the reheating instructions were straightforward. The small turkey was surprisingly large and incredibly tasty! We have leftovers to enjoy for days!
