Subway - Buffalo

The staff does not verify if the person picking up online orders is the one who actually placed the order. I went into the restaurant and requested my online order, but they told me it had already been prepared and placed on the counter. However, someone else came in and took my order instead.

Didn't realize till we got home. Paid $43 dollars because they charged us for a whole extra sub we didn't get and never got our cookies. My bad for trusting a food place too much I guess. I don't suggest going here.

The Subway restaurant located inside a gas station is quite good, but what truly made my day was the friendly staff at the refueling station.

I frequent this restaurant often, especially for my work lunch breaks, and the staff is always friendly.

This gas station is a little hole in the wall Subway but they do a great job
