Franchising molto brutto. Si prega di non ordinare o ritirare da questo business. Dolore Non hanno reso la pizza puntuale per il cliente. Devo aspettare 1 ora per prendere la mia pizza, anche se il sistema ha detto che è pronto a raccogliere. Dolore Tutte le coperture sono inferiori a quelle che ho ordinato da un altro negozio. La sede principale Domino dovrebbe esaminare questo negozio. .

Uno dei peggiori franchising in franchising! Evitare a tutti i costi. Le tue pizze hanno quindi meno condimenti rispetto ad altri franchise in franchising franchise da cui compro. Non solo se ordini Gamberetti (e il costo aggiuntivo extra per te) quindi tagliare i gamberetti in 3-4 parti, e hai solo un totale di 2 gamberetti sull'intera pizza. Altri negozi che compro, i gamberetti non tagliano mai in piccoli pezzi. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui questo negozio esiste ancora.
26/08/2016 I Ordered from Cabramatta, I did not use a coupon, I paid full price online, I even paid $3 extra for express delivery, a limited time only feature, they delivered it to the wrong address, and then argued with me about it when I called the store 45 minutes after my order was placed because the GPS tracker said the order is completed, when it is not because i've been standing outside for the last 20 minutes waiting for it. So upon calling the store, the driver had just returned, and immediately begins to argue saying that he was just here, and he did deliver it to the right address, to a man with a black car, funny that is how they use to distinguish a house, and not let's say the House Address Number, i'm a woman and my car is Silver, but that didn't stop the driver from arguing, To cut this short, the driver, the girl over the phone and the manager were incredibly rude, treating me as if i'm a liar until proven, I told them to come to my residence to see for themselves that they did deliver it to the wrong place, they offered to make me a new pizza, with another wait time extended to it, not a FREE PIZZA, but a new one, so basically the one I paid for which never arrived. I've already waited 1 hour, i'm not waiting any longer, I ask for a refund and again i'm put on "hold" but she just put the phone down, I could hear everything going on in the background, how they didn't want to deal with me and were serving other customers, eventually they pick up the phone again, to put it down just as quickly, bad phone manners, I ask for a refund she says ok, I say thank you and she hangs up, since my delivery page is still open and asking for a review I leave a bad one, the second it comes back to the store, I get a call from the manager, saying that he will not process my refund, and told me to go and chase it by making a complaint in the customer service section at Dominos. So I say come again? Your telling me, you will not give me a refund for an item you did not deliver is that correct?, he says yes. I told him this is BULLSHIT and he offered to make me a pizza, (Still NOT FREE) still doesn't want to give me back my money, Ends call. Money grubbing. Still would not admit they were wrong and no apologies, i;m furious with the customer service, they did not double check the address, it's not a hard place to find, I had all the lights on in the front yard. And there is only 1 house on this street with this number, but hey lets just give it to the guy with the black car right, he surly must of ordered it. a Bunch of morons. And so so rude.
