Our table ordered Bbq bourbon pork ribs and prawn with scallop risotto. The meat fell off the bones. Yum. Ribs came with a serve if slaw, chips and extra sauce. And the risitto was very tasty. Once finished the plates were left on our table for sometime. In fact we left before they were cleared away or asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. An extra pair of hands would have helped perhaps.
Wednesday evening before movies. 1. Our order brought to table after a later couple at a nearby table received theirs. 2. Bruschetta, garlic bread was WET. Left 90% on plate. 3. No one asked if there was a problem. Was there a manager on duty?
Have avoided here for a long time because of past bad experiences with food not meeting expectations and poor service. I am pleased to say that the food exceeded expectations. We did have a wait for the food to arrive (approx. 45mins) but it was worth it. So, if you are like me - give them another chance :-)
5 of us for a 60th birthday lunch. One of the glasses had lipstick on it. One of the orders was wrong and then came back wrong the second time, so we gave up on that one. Another order was deemed inedible, they offered to replace it but we were pretty annoyed so declined. Two other orders were not served as per the menu, no beetroot. They got 4 of the 5 orders wrong. One of the servers stormed off when she came with a second wrong order, the rest of the staff, including the manager, tried hard but we had had enough. Paid for 3 of 5 meals and got out of there. Very disappointing experience especially for a significant birthday celebration.
Quiet. 1430hrs. Service was more than adequate. Food good. Worth a try. There are lots of fast food places around the area. The atmosphere here is relaxed, altogether different from the noise of the adjacent mall.
