Contribuisci feedbackI stopped by last week after a colleague encouraged me to try the Oreo Overload. A cheerful young lady with long eyelashes greeted me warmly and was incredibly professional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. When she served my ice cream, she was quick and efficient while engaging in friendly conversation, which made my experience truly memorable. It's refreshing to see someone take the time to be friendly, especially in today's fast-paced work environment. Her bubbly personality shone through, and she made sure to thank me for my visit, which added to the overall positive vibe. Not to mention, the Oreo Overload was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return. This Cold Stone location really impressed me! It’s clean, has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are real gems. If you're looking for a fun time with friendly service and some tasty ice cream, I highly recommend checking out this spot!
The ice cream was good, but the service was dreadful. I ordered a waffle cone for one of my kids without any issues, and then a cup in a waffle cone for my other child. The employee who prepared the waffle cup asked me for the size, but it seemed like they didn't hear me. They rolled their eyes and asked again, which left me confused because I thought they were just inquiring about the type of cup. When I clarified that I wanted a cup, the employee made a rude comment about me after realizing the miscommunication. I understand they were busy, but that kind of behavior was completely unnecessary, and I won't be returning.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly, accommodating, energetic, and professional young ladies, Kristen and Zaniyah! They took the time to answer my questions with a smile and provided exceptional service. Overall, an excellent experience!
Staff at this point are so unprofessional, I can't even believe. I waited for a single cup of online order here to pick up 10 minutes. They scream people in the store. Talk, laugh and curse before customers and use rude expressions (eye rolls). Too young to be solely responsible for an institution. Looks like a joke. Better.
This store continuously seems to be understaffed and more concerned with DoorDash orders or complaining than actually assisting the customers. Over the summer, I?ve been in lines out the door because the limited number of staff can?t keep up with the volume. I recently went to pick up sushi and decided I would treat myself to some dessert as well. There were only two customers and two team members in the store when I entered. Not only was I not greeted when I entered, but I was literally not even acknowledged after standing at the order case for 10 minutes. Neither team member even looked in my direction; however, I could hear their complaints specifically the male employee. It took both of the employees to check out the previous customer. Instead of acknowledging me after that transaction, they both started to work on a DoorDash order instead. At this point, I just walked out. There are more ice cream and dessert establishments in this area so I don?t feel the need to return to this location.
