Got clean up the place. Homeless were hanging at the store without any personnel bothering to acknowledge the situation.

This location is a mess. I go there because it is a convenient place for me to work and meet friends, but the communication both between staff and between staff and customers is lacking. The person I was meeting waited 25 minutes for her drink to be made and after 30 minutes I had to go ask about my simple coffee which they had completely forgotten to pour. It has been a downward trend at this shop.
