Il Palio - Chapel Hill

Lyle and Lyla were a great service team. Pleasant, sophisticated ambience. Food including oysters, octopus, tagliatelle, scallops and new for us artichokes and spinach dish were all excellent.

That's a nice restaurant. Our server Lyle was exceptional and eating really amazing. Thanks for a nice evening.

Everything was amazing. If you go, ask for Massimo. He's just the best. The food is fabulous!

This week we dined at Il Palio for my husbands birthday. But, we frequent Il Palio for all occasions and date nights because of the the wonderful service and cuisine!

Service excellent as usual. We were surprised by the introduction of so much smoked flavor. Broccolini Rabe was smoked and overwhelmed my filet that also had a strong smokiness to it which was fine, but mixed with more was a little much. Wife LOVED the scallops! Server advice: I ordered a Martini and with going through the details of how I wanted it assumed that it would be up. Came down in ice. Default to up or ask. See you soon!
