Jujube - Chapel Hill

We have had a positive experience ordering takeout from this restaurant, however we were let down by the in-house dining experience. The seating was worn out, the dumplings were average, but the Brussels sprouts and kale salad were excellent. The service was friendly, though we had to request water refills even though it was not very crowded. Overall, it was just an okay experience.

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday and they had no problem serving the cake we brought for dessert. The staff were attentive and friendly. The cauliflower was delicious and the hanger steak was a must-try.

The restaurant offers excellent food, delicious wines, and attentive service; what more could you want?

I would say a good dinner. Not as quiet as hoped for. But not the fault of the owners. The food was very good: Skirt Steak Arancini (a bit overpriced) Bolognese (perfect price and taste). $93 w tip and no drinks was a bit high. Will we go back.??? Maybe. It would be for the reason of the Bolognese alone though.
