The tomato and goat cheese appetizer was perfectly prepared and taste wonderful. Moss?s recommendation for the Liver pate was spot on WOW. The snapper and steak were both excellent entrées. Bread pudding was phenomenal. A special mention to the bartender who had never made a Singapore Sling and nailed it
By far the best restaurant in Charleston, if not one of the best in the country. Every dish tasted better than the next amazing dish just sublime. Service was impeccable. I still can't get over FIG. I would visit Charleston again just to eat here again.
Fig was everything is was cracked up to be. We had an amazing meal and the Pump Up the Jam mocktail was ?amazing?. Our server, Bobby, was so incredibly knowledgeable about the food, preparation, and made great recommendations. I wish we had a Bobby at every restaurant. HOWEVER, if you aren?t able to make a reservation, I would not recommend sitting at the community table. Simply amazing. Start to finish from the moment you walk in, until you walk out the door. If you are looking for a server who can paint a picture for your palate, ask for Felice. She might be the best I?ve ever had!! Fig gives Rootstalk in Breckinridge a run for its money! Two of the best restaurants in America IMO.
The hype is real. You will have to pay, but there will be no buyers remorse here. The reservation sellout is with good reason so do whatever you need to make this a meal on your list when you visit or live in Charleston.
