OMG this is the worst worst worst company ever. Very disrespectful customer service. Ordered a package 16 weeks ago and still have not received it. Never answer the phone never answer emails. This must be the rebellious Jew company because most Jewish companies are very organized unlike this one.

Passover ended Yesterday evening, still won’t let me order. Website is terrible, can’t even put my email down so it’ll remind me when Passover is over. It just constantly refreshes.

What an awful customer service experience. I placed an order on September 4th. I have yet to receive my order and the worst part is after several attempts at reaching Gleiberman's by phone and email, there has been no communication from them. My email inquiries about the status of my order appears to fall on deaf ears or people who just don't care. I have spent more than $100 on this order. But even if I spent $10, I would expect a level of customer service that is fitting to a company who has chosen to offer a service to the public. This is the second time this has happened to me with them. I thought the first time was a fluke and thought I would try them again. Lesson learned; no more for me, ever. I only want my ordered fulfilled so that we can part ways.
