Matt's Chicago Dog - Charlotte

Very well located close to most hotels and attractions of downtown Charlotte. Good and fast service, good atmosphere, clean, nicely decorated. The hot dog was really good. Make sure you check opening hours before you go.

11/22/2019 I went here for lunch with a coworker. I ordered the char dog with mustard, ketchup, pickle, and sauerkraut on it. I had fries with it too which were delicious!! That was probably the best hotdog I’ve ever had! Service was great and the food came out fast! I would recommend a stop by here for lunch! Parking may be a concern so give yourself time to find a spot or park in the deck nearby. Thank me later!

The food is good. Hot dogs and burgers. The service isn't as speedy as I would want at lunch time but if you are preparing good food I understand it takes longer. The homemade chips are delicious! Overall a solid lunchtime place. You can also take food and walk outside and sit on the greens.

The Chicago dog on poppy bun is amazing. Cant wait to get home to try this deep dish

Good food. Always fresh. Hearty portions. Regular prices are a smidge high, but catch a special and prices can't be beat. Because everything is grilled fresh, wait times can be longer, but never excessive. Consistent quality, clean. If you are craving a good burger, dog, or sausage, then Matt Chicago Dog's will not dissapoint!
