Panera Bread - Charlotte

Very charismatic! The server was Chris, but name tag said Christopher. My friend comes from Colombia and I'm from Utah, that was our first time in North Carolina. The friendly and fun customer service was delivered by Chris, he was very helpful and made a very great impression on our first time here! Our order was Frozen Carmel Frozen Chocolate a few cookies and a few baked goods hands down delicious, definitely recommend! Thank you, Chris.

The worker kept me when I got up to ask when they open, on Google says at 5:30.

We went to the other end of the airport for Panera Bread, arrived at 7:30 and they were closed, the shield says they close at 8:00. A girl came from behind and said they were closed because someone wanted to go early, then she refused to give us her name. I guess bad employees are better than no employees?

We went to and from vacation twice last week. The first visit was great. Simple order at the kiosk and the order was correct. The second order didn't go so well. There were several substitutions without telling us.... For example, we ordered French baguettes and got Ciabatta bread. There is a comment that says that they are a lack of fighting like many places, but would be good to say what is being replaced. We also missed a cookie that was ordered and had to go back. The food is good and the place is clean... Just take an additional minute to check your order for accuracy and everything should be good.

I come here weekly to get my Baker's dozen of bagels. First of all, it's a great deal! Secondly, it's a great place for a quick business luncheon! The pick two is my all time favorite because I can get my half sandwich and my soup or salad depending on my mood. Parking can get a little tight now that everything is opened back up but that goes to show how many other people love this Panera location. The team has always been really friendly and helpful and even if there was a mistake on an order they are happy and quick to fix the issue!
