I hosted my husband’s 40th Birthday Bash at Pins Mechanical in Charlotte and it was a stellar experience from start to finish. When I requested info, I was contacted immediately by Monica, a Regional Events Supervisor. She helped me through the process of selectIMH a package for my groups of people to signing necessary docs seamlessly online. She checked in with me as the event approached. As the time for the party drew closer, I started working with the Events AGM, Cash. She was also fabulous to work with and both she and Monica answers all my questions. Cash called me to confirm and see if there was anything else I needed. She gave me instructions on where to go, what to do, and where to find her and our reserved area for the party. She was onsite working the whole time and had awesome servers and bartenders assuring our guests and guest of honor were taken care of. It was one of the best planning experiences I have had and I love to go to pins just for fun, but I recommend it for a party, as well. It’s kid-friendly during the day, and adults only in the evening. The games are fun, the whole facility is interactive, and the staff are on point! Oh, and the Smoke and Mirrors is my fave drink!
I bought my 15 yr old nephew and his friend here along with my older sister and we loved it! We spent 4 hours playing pinball, cornhole and arcade games. The employees are awesome and helpful. Cocktails are generally very sweet but all in all I highly recommend if you are looking for something active to do. There are no food options in the venue but there are food trucks outside.
Loved it here, but didn't get to stay too long since I had my 16 year old with me after 8. But the drink, the Daphne, I had was amazing and the atmosphere was too. Definitely plan to return soon.
The concept of this place and next door is great. I love old school games and would have played and drank for longer but half the games were broken. Even the ones that appeared to be working had stuck buttons, broken joy sticks, etc. The yard games were impossible to play as well because there were missing bean bags and balls too
