Great food as always. Margarita is the best in town

If I could give the flavor of the food a 1000% rating…I assuredly would! My mom was a farmer and chef so I know and grew up on great, fresh, flavorful food and Rosters took me back to my roots and QUALITY! We dine out a lot on a monthly basis and no matter where we dine we order multiple entrees, sides, and specials to share, discuss and enjoy. We celebrated our birthdays, with 1 in my party of 2 who actually has a PhD in food science and worked for McCormick a few years ago and even she said from all the entrees we ordered and shared, down to the red velvet dessert were perfectly prepared, seasoned, and flavorful and the plating being beautiful!!! Our waiter Jeremy was incredible, knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Portion sizes for 2 of the 3 specials were smaller then I would’ve liked …but what was lacking in size made up for in flavor and presentation. Thanks Roosters for delivering on great quality tasty food and fantastic service!

Simple, quality ingredients and healthy. Nice upscale but casual ambiance as well.

First time in awhile and always loved Rooster's but prices have increased too much and they don't align with the quality of food.
