Starbucks - Charlotte

I frequent this restaurant 2 or 3 times a week and each visit is always the highlight of my day. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, which I truly appreciate. Even on my bad days, they never fail to make me feel welcome and make my day so much better. I particularly love Johntan's enthusiastic spirit, Lizzie's effortless multitasking, and Cameron's ability to make my visits fun. Taegen always remains calm and handles busy times like a champ. And Savannah went above and beyond for my birthday. This place is truly the best!

I have visited this restaurant a few times and have had mostly positive experiences. I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee, so I will not comment on that aspect. I typically come here to meet up with friends. The staff is usually friendly. During my last visit, my friend and I were seated outside and I was impressed by how quickly the drive-thru line was moving, despite being backed up into the parking lot. The only suggestion I have is to lower the volume of the music. The acoustics in the restaurant already cause sound to bounce around, so when the music is playing loudly, it can be difficult to hear conversations even when seated close to someone. I observed young people leaning in towards each other to hear better.

I frequent this establishment often and typically order blended frappes. However, during a recent visit, my drink was not made correctly. I spoke with the manager, Javin, and he graciously remade my drink perfectly and even provided a refund for the inconvenience. Javin also gave me the extra drink that was made by mistake as a bonus. I truly appreciate his dedication, patience, and attention to detail. Starbucks, you made an excellent choice in adding Javin to your team. Keep up the great work Javin, you're awesome!

I normally order through app for deals savings then p/u through the drive-thru almost weekly. They have my order ready. Customer service is friendly they'll explain specifics regarding drinks if I'm wanting to try something new but not sure what all is in there. The drive thru line can be long sometimes I may have to wait longer than usual, but it's not a bad wait. I've tried the blonde vanilla latte, iced gingerbread oatmilk chai (really good), iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte (know it's good b/c its been sold out for a while here), and white chocoalte mocha frapp. The cake pops, lemon loaf, warm chocolate chip cookie, and blueberry muffin is good too. My son likes the vanilla bean frappuccino (like a milkshake) and vanilla creeme (a warm sweet milk). Occasionally I will go inside which is busy at times too but again my order is usually ready.

TJ was amazing!!! Very bubbly and made my morning with his positive attitude. I will definitely come back to this location.
