Taco Bell - Charlotte

This location is the worst. They close whenever they want to close and the food is made so poorly. They’re supposed to close at 1:00am, I got there one time at 12:30 and they were closed. Another time I waited in like for 25 minutes, got to the speaker to order at 11:55pm and they said they’re not taking any more orders and said it was because they only had two people working. My chicken quesadillas are always made so incredibly thin they’re not even worth ordering. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Oh, I was visiting Charlotte North Carolina when I ordered and ate at this taco bell. Baltimore taco bell needs to catch up because, they are awesome. They speak to you with respect, they help you out with ordering, they don't rush you, it was clean. When I walked around the restaurant, my feet didn't feel like they were sticking to the floor. The tables and chairs were so clean. No unwanted bugs! Just awesome. The food!!! The food was soo fresh! Part of my order was a bell grande, they use REAL nacho chips???. Not the ones that you can see through and are always stale!! Thank you for a wonderful food experience!

Worst Taco Bell experience of my life!! The girl messed up my order, tells me to pull around so I don’t mess up her time. 23 minutes I sat in the parking lot. Went in to ask if it was almost ready as was rudely told they had other cars. I then asked for a refund, for the items. The rest of our food was so cold and soggy we threw it out and went to chick fil a. Should have done that in the first place. Will not be returning here.

A corpse would be a better employee than whoever was working the night shift when I went last night. Had 2 cars in front of me waiting so long to just MAKE THEIR ORDER that they decided to just leave and I understand completely. Once I reached the drive thru order box I was told I’d be helped shortly only to be left waiting for 20 minutes. I drove up to the window only to find nobody at the registers or at the drink station. An absolute joke of a business. Won’t be coming here again.

Great job. Quick service through the drive thru and received exactly what I ordered.
