Wendy's - Charlotte

This place doesn't even deserve a review, as it hardly exists. this is the most bizarre almost food situation I have ever seen. I live near these wendys and from any reason, the “dining room” aka the inner part is locked and closed 100% of the time. They can not go in, no matter what, although they have “dining room hours” clearly published on the door. ok, so we have found that this is going through the only option, but do not get me started. the drive through the line simply does not move. every time I tried to wait in the drive through, I had to give up and go because there was literally no movement after 10 minutes. the only movement that gets this journey through the line is that people give up and leave. they would think that, since they do not allow anyone in the inner, they at least try to snap with the running gear properly by giving up? in the meantime they can look inside and see how the employees are standing on their phones, absolutely nothing sound. only such a strange institution, and what is crazy is that these wendys is in the midst of a busy shopping area. they could pull in record sales, but instead they go away actiw to build a call as the slowest and least accessible wendys in the country. I don't know who manages this place, but they have to be fired, just keep full. whoever is this person, they have nothing to manage. this place is a catastrophe and I can't surround my head as it has any decent reviews at all. huge l.

I do doordash as a source of income, and we are on a time limit and take longer also our tips. the dining room was closed so it is not in the position to go to the load and pick up an order. So I had to wait on the way I went through forever. I called if I could just pick up the DoorDash order and had said no to me very rudely, and I had to wait on the drive and they go the best they can and just hang on me. first I don't need the posture and I understand how food service I'm used to. Secondly, there was no warning or indication that the dining room was closed, which is uncomfortable for us drivers, my time and tips were paid.

Not open inside. they will wait at least 45 minutes to eat. hopefully they are in the position to return to the fast food type experience they were once. it is simply not worth taking something fast when they let you wait in a line for this long. Once they get their food, it is hot and it tastes good. some of the burgers I am really surprised that they are able to get a piece of meat that is small it is as if they get more brot than anything, but I think they are able to keep their price adequate.

Simply make one fall and go to another almost food restaurant, unless they want to wait in line for 20-50min. I feel for postmateurs and those who supply food from here. Eating was good, but waiting is not worth it.

Terrible service terrible staffing I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Wendy's used to be a staple for Good eats but it's no longer it's no different from the lowest grade of McDonald's or Burger King!!! For good Wendy's I have to go all the way to Cornelius they close abruptly early without letting anyone in the drive-through know after being 15 cars deep ridiculous.
