Zapata's Cantina Mexican Restaurant

Went on a Friday night in which I got the pineapple margarita 8/10 and house raspberry margarita10/10. For our appetizer we got the house made guacamole which was delicious with the chips and salsa. Our entrees were the chicken quesadilla and the chicken enchiladas very good. The only thing I didn’t like was I got charged $2.50 for a side of sour cream. Overall great food and a nice view.

Food has taken something of a dive from the last time here a year ago. At least it was off kilter for me today. Nachos are using a cheddar cheese which, kind of a downgrade for me. Prefer the jalapeno/white cheese as the superior choice here. Service was pretty good and they enjoy working here, atmosphere is festive and nice. Hopefully my experience is a one off and not super typical on food or they are having an off day. Try for your self though.

Great place for a work luncheon! The staff is so friendly and quick on refills and removing plates and everything and the food is all delicious! Definitely recommend this restaurant
