It takes a long time and I waited up to 2 hours for my order of 4

Worst experience in any restaurant. Time it took to place order: 5 minutes. Time it took for preparing: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not an exciting time for me. Just wanted a day off of cooking two meals a day x 365. My gosh I was about to get a refund and go next door for the juancos tacos then realized it might take days to refund which meant I wouldn't be able to feed my family. So I waited and waited and waited. So disappointing. They forgot the marinara sauce for bread sticks and they we're cold. I'm not impressed. I could of had a better experience at home but I'm injured so needed a break. Not today. So over crowded and small store. The online orders were all they did. Forgot about pedestrian customers. Online pickup came in and 5 minutes out door. They forgot to respect pedestrian customers. Worst experience giving my money to wait hours.?

Pizzas are ok but costumer service .. they need to smile lol bit more ..

Had an online order. The inside usually has a line, but everyone was pleasant. Order was ready and correct when I arrived.

Everytime I go to this location there is always an over extended wait time during the early evening shifts. Staff members are not helpful and unprofessional. Don't forget to double check for order completion because they don'tParking: Lots of parking spots in the plaza but when they are busy due the long wait times you might park several spots away from the store
