Shark's Fish Chicken Chicago Heights

Place is great but right before 10pm on Friday 8/18. I seen that black lady that work there drop some fries and when she thought nobody was looking I seen her pick it up and still give it to the Custumer. I had to chase the lady to her car to tell her don’t eat the fries…. And other ppl say she be stealing too. Y’all need to fire that lady. She not good for y’all establishment.

Sharks fired catfish were ok. Customer service was EXCELLENT.

Bad customer service from cashier female and cook. Both of them was angry at me for him cooking over cooked food. It was like a carton of bricks. Yeah, that hard. Mad at me for wanting my money back.
