GO TO THE ONE ON LINCOLN HWY OR HOMEWOOD Quality drop rapidly. I used to love this location as i live very very close to it. However, it seems the workers are there just to have fun and talk to each other. Here’s some of the issues Freshness: For example, my order on subway says it will be prepared and ready at 4:10. I get there at 4:10 and my sandwich is already cold. They don’t care about the customer, they just care about making work easier for themselves so they put the order together when they get it, rather then when it’s supposed to Customer service: really uncomfortable. I don’t think I need to elaborate on this. In app deals: they refuse to adhere to SUBWAY standards, and blatantly just void your order if you use a coupon that they don’t like, for example buy one sandwich get one half off.
Very dissatisfied with Subway (Joe Orr Rd) now and in the past. This location does not accept Subway coupons. Paid for double meat but foot long BMT sandwich was less than one fourth meat and was three fourths veggies. Could not even taste the flavor of the paper thin meats. The so called sub oil is no more at this location. This is not my first disappointing and dissatisfying experience with this location. Close it down as this location's customer relations is absolutely null and void. Have tried to visit Subways periodically over the years but still find them not up to standard. Don't know why I waste my time and good money
Place intentionally doesn't let customers use restroom
They never acknowledged you standing at the counter. The prices not worth employees making your sandwich like it's for them and not the customer.
