This restaurant is closed. opentable should not allow reservations. and e

My man and I showed up for our reservation on Saturday night, went to the restaurant and it said temporarily closed. we were totally shocked. it then clicked on why no one answered the phone when we tried to be friendly to the staff and other reservations about running a few minutes behind us. my man and I have made these reservations in December for my birthday before I wanted to see a show in the arnoff. we are absolutely disgusting that no one would call or email to let us know that the restaurant was closed. What the **** is that? Who makes it to customers? especially if there is a broadway show in the city! as there was a Saturday evening with a broadway right above the street, we were not able to get a place somewhere and had to wait until 10:45, after the show and after dinner rush to eat dinner. I will also add that we both worked all day and skipped lunch so we were very excited to eat at okto and have a meal. there was nothing on google or their social media that mentioned that they were closed and open table still allowed to come reservations. Ultimately, this is not the first time that something like this has occurred for us in their restaurant. last november we came in before we went to another show. we sat on our table for 30 minutes before the sa was finally caught on our server. what we had hoped to enjoy a nice date at night of eating and drinks turned into our eating into the throats so that we make our show and came right after the start there. we had hoped that our experience would be better, but at the end we put ourselves a complete dread.

I confirmed my reservation, but when we were there, the restaurant was closed. disappointed that we were not logged in by opentable or the restaurant!

We had made reservations and confirmed when we received the announcement of open table. we showed before an aronoff performance and a sign on the door said they were temporarily closed! we couldn't find another restaurant near, so at the bar in prime ate. any kind of notification should have been made available to customers with reservations.

There was a sign on the door saying the restaurant was closed. No one ever called to let us know. We had reservations before seeing a show so this was disappointing. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
