Overlook Kitchen - Cincinnati

The burger was fantastic! Overlook may want to consider branded packaging or at least verifying that the receipt is attached to the bag. There was absolutely nothing to identify the order and I work in a building with hundreds of employees, so it was a little tricky making sure I was taking the right delivery. Other than that, everything was awesome!

We went for Sunday brunch. The hostess had a bit of an attitude and we were not seated for minutes despite a reservation and it not really being that crowded at the time. I had had the reservation for weeks. They were short staffed. Only server for the whole restaurant inside and patio. She did the best she could and was great under the circumstances. The manager helped as did the bus person. It was good we weren't in a hurry. Some other folks weren't happy, though The food was good and came out hot despite being short staffed It might be a while before I go back, but may give them another chance with dinner or lunch. Hopefully better staffed next time

Food was ok...bacon was undercooked. Buffet selections were minimal and price per person was overpriced. We did have great service however

I was not aware when I booked the reservation for Mother’s Day that it was a buffet. We were not told the price which was a person. The food was horrible. Cold and dry. I feel bad that my son paid plus tip. I didn’t really eat anything

Great food, amazing space the outdoor space is beautiful! The service was very very slow. This is a good place, but they need to work out some kinks for a smoother experience
