Zablong - Cincinnati

A good friend of mine recently joined me at work, so we've been exploring nearby lunch spots together. We found this place, which is conveniently located and offers two meals for the price of a Chipotle burrito with extra protein. The pizza options are quite unique, and there are plenty of ways to customize your order. While it's not super quick—since the pizzas need a few minutes in the oven and they often have mobile orders to manage—it's still worth the wait. On nice days, they also have outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the fresh air while watching the ongoing construction nearby. Hopefully, it will be a more interesting view in the future!

What a charming and delicious little spot! I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I arrived, but it certainly exceeded my expectations! The pizza is of excellent quality, in my opinion, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

My exemplar of fast casual pizza (called &pizza) has not expanded to Cincinnati. At least not yet. But this seems like the closest thing to it that I've ever seen under a different brand name. They're serving up assembly line flatbread pizzas during lunch only. You have a variety of sauces and cheeses (vegan included), and they ask you whether you want spinach under the cheese as well (the answer is yes). They have spicy chickpeas (which I've only ever seen at one other pizza vendor), as well as spicy sauce which packs a kick. The arugula and basil I got added after the pizza was baked were fresh and plentiful. This place does do salads as well, and offering to customize your pizza at a single price makes things easy. It wasn't as crowded I was expecting, but it did provide a satisfying lunch option right downtown.

Great pizza comes out so hot in less than 5 minutes. I'm a minalmist don't like to much going on the buds like to taste the seperation. Great experience
