Contribuisci feedbackI ticked 1star because I couldnt vote blank it wouldnt allow me to leave a comment, but I swear there is NO STAR to rank this place, food, staff, service and price, all together that was a waste of time and money and such a shame, let me explain: we arrive at the restaurant its Wednesday morning around 10:20am 2-3tables occupied only out of 30, my friend and I decide to sit on the deck for breakfast as its a beautiful day, here it begins: no one comes out to serve us after 5min, I go inside to get menus, eventually a waitress without a smile come to us after some time around 10min, without a hello shevjust say oh you got menus already I get you water so then leaves, comes back with water and a pad asking what we want for drinks and food, we order drinks first: 2 coffees and 2orange juices (please note that in the menu there is only 1orange jus and its supposed to be freshed pressed $6.5 ... we tell her we need few more min to decide on food. she leaves and after 5-10-15-20 and probably more, we stopped counting anyways cause we just wondered what was she doing, she never came back to give our drinks or even to take our food order, instead she was setting up empty tables!! so I go to the counter notice the drinks are just getting ready and I just order our 2meals from the counter, first meal: a classic English breakie with poached eggs and second meal when I tried to order smash avo (including beacon eggs..all written in the menu.. the lady asked what do you want with your smash avo? I was confused really and told her whatever was written in the menu and she said that was wrong and it was extra so basically smash avo only was at $17 and I had to add $4 for eggs and $4+ for beacon...I gave up and ordered something else didnt make any sense. 1step done: got drinks finally, and ordered food. now, food arrives, after sooo long we got plates no cutleries!!!!! we ask for it, 1meal was missing the hashbrowns and toasts, both meals were supposed to have poached eggs instead it was not well done and was like boiled eggs! we told the waitress that was wrong and she simply said sorry the chef is new she offered to do the eggs again but it was already more than an hour we were sitting there so we gave up, the other meal was supposed to be a corn fritted something but instead was a dry pancake with corns inside???!!! NO its not all the hasbrowns came late and were tasting fish and so on...we left most of the food on the table $24 english breakie $16 the other meal, the orange jus was not pressed at all and they still charged us 6.5 each, at the end I still went to pay at the counter and the same waitress asked how was it? really are you for real! well I simply told her the truth it was not acceptable and asked them a gesture they removed 1meal only, better than nothing you might say well, I had to insist for it, YES! and in total we spent almost 2hours there between finding a table ang discussing bills!!! what a shame!!! never ever ever again and I already spread the word Perth is not that big! imagine a new chef can 't do poached eggs wow!! what is a chef supposed to know so!? basics at least mate!! come on! I still ended up with a bill of $38... Jezz.. guys trust me I work in hospitality funny thing my friend is a Chef, and this is a shame for the industry, you wanna charge that much give me that much goodies so! and a smile for free please because I 'm nice enough to pay before leaving!!!! anyone else would have just walk away thats ridiculous! Im not used to go on social media but I cant bear this specially as a pro in the same field during my day off with a great friend supposed to go to work later thats not what we expected to get! then people wonder why places close down people get fired and dont get tips, then guests are rude staff is rude! excuses its a chain please World wake up!! be Human treat people like you wanna be treated for God 's sake! thks and learn from that you can only do better now.
Friendly staff, great breakfast ,good atmosphere and good coffees . Don't need much more.
Will definitely be back soon. The Beef Cheeks in Port and honey were to die for, and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely waitress.
Went there to have the parmi and pint as advertised on web site for 20 but refused to provide it.Other food average.Tried to support a local business but disappointed.
Went to Park and Vine on a Thursday night. The place was completely empty. Ordered a chicken parmigiana, beef shank and kids Hawaiian pizza. Chicken parmigiana tasteless with soggy chips Beef shank reheated from a few days ago. Covered in half cooked fat. Some parts room temperature some parts hot. No meat to be found inedible and disgusting Kids pizza they took the wrong order even though there were no other customers. Pizza was in the oven too short and soggy Waitress and chef couldn't be less interested with music from kitchen blaring. Terrible experience one I wish I could get back
