Chipotle Mexican Grill - City of Ithaca

The burrito arrived cold and contained no meat, cheese, or salsa—just dry rice, beans, and guacamole.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant more than 50 times. Over the past two years, they’ve consistently filled my bowl only halfway, providing very little food. I would advise against ordering from here. I have numerous photos of my orders as evidence. It seems like the owner is just desperate for money at this point, which feels morally wrong.

After waiting two weeks, they are still out of cheese. My burrito bowl was barely half full, and the chips had a large clump of soggy tortillas.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The food is delicious, and we travel over an hour just to dine at this Chipotle because we love it!

Great service and delicious burritos! I definitely recommend giving it a try. Just keep in mind that parking can be a bit challenging.
