Chili's Grill - Ithaca

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent overall. The staff had a collection of pumpkins lined up for Halloween, and you could vote for which employee had decorated their pumpkin the best.

The staff was fantastic, but the food left a lot to be desired. The potatoes were cold, and the Southwestern egg rolls were disappointing—mushy, lukewarm, and oddly presented. I've enjoyed these before, but they just didn't taste good this time. Unfortunately, both of us felt unwell shortly after leaving the restaurant.

The atmosphere is okay, but the lighting is quite dim and doesn’t add much character. I ordered the Bacon Burger for $17, and honestly, for that price, it could be improved. The burger was very greasy, and the portion of fries served with it was small. Most of the food here is also quite high in calories. While the prices are on the higher side for the quality offered, it’s still reasonably acceptable. It’s suitable for a quick meal with friends, but if you're looking for something more substantial, there are better options available.

The Cajun shrimp pasta is absolutely delicious, and the beef nachos are simply outstanding. However, I did not receive the side of loaded mashed potatoes. Is it possible to get a refund for that?

The big mouth bites were good and tasty. My complaint would be that when I order sliders, I would expect sliders. What I got instead was the 4 rolls still together with meat inside. I had to tear them apart. I ordered this meal to eat on the way home, so that wasnt very convenient. The fries were cold. I came in to get my take out order and had to wait a minute for it, which was fine because I was early, so nothing shouldve been cold at all, considering I went outside and opened up the take out container and started eating because I was starving. All in all, it was what I expected, and I was satisfied.
