My kids love going their so do I I'm never disappointed in my food could they keep up with the place a little more yes but overall I never had a disappointing moment with my order and how my food was packed people need to realize Mexican food is messy alone and Mexican food has to be ate on the spot can wait to eat it. It will be soggy do the staff hang out yes but your supposed to love your job as long as they are doing their job who cares if their enjoying their self just make sure your not cheap with the meat serving

Simply delicious. Love the Wrong Doug! I enjoy overstuffing this 'stack ' with steak, mushrooms; onions, peppers, rice, corn salsa, jalapeños, olives and queso to watch food handler try to close wrap! Kids love this place! Always seem to meet someone we know when dining here. Free refills on soda and tortilla chips! Food is fresh and the price is right at this fast casual restaurant. WELCOME TO MOE 's!

The girl was really nice who served my food. Portion was more than enough and I coudlnt even finish my meal. Sufficient options choices for sides. Updated....had a veggie wrap w extra sour cream... Tried the white queso sauce today w the tortilla chips, loved it. They did downsize the portions but it's nothing that you still stay hungry, because my belly is more than filled w what they give you.

This was one of the best, most professional environments I’ve ever been in. Not just for a restaurant either. The staff is friendly and transparent. As they’re preparing your amazing food that you’re about to fall for, they’ll help guide you to what you want and how you want it. The best part was we didn’t have to stand around a while. You pick out the blueprint for the type of meal you want. Then you slide down and wait about :30 to a minute. It’s perfect because like a golden buffet there’s so much to choose from. This short break gives you a chance to get an idea what you want them to put on for you. They’ll stay with you the whole time if it’s your first time. Whoever is reading this needs to try Moes Southwest Grill. I’ve passed this place every day for years and never went in. Today I was surprised how good the food and service was. That’s a restaurant that is gonna come out of this Pandemic smelling like Roses. Southwest Roses that is!! The food is great and the customer service was amazing. I strongly recommend this restaurant and it’s food. I’ve been to a half dozen other Southwest restaurants and this place beats them all by far.

Good food, excellent service. My little daughter did all the ordering and they were patient and super helpful.
