This is a fantastic restaurant with a completely vegan and gluten-free menu that manages to deliver on both texture and flavor. Wanting to get the full experience, I opted to sample several dishes. I tried the Mediterranean salad, mac and cheese, chickpea tikka masala, broccoli soup, waffles, and peanut butter.

Rootbound is more than just a café; it offers a unique vibe and a wonderful experience with amazing staff. I was genuinely impressed by the variety of delicious options on the vegan menu. The Southwest Quinoa Bowl and grilled cheese are must-tries! Additionally, they host open mic nights and various other events. And let’s not forget the incredible juice creations—they're fantastic!

The ambiance here is even more enjoyable than the food. The restaurant is adorned with crystals and spiritual literature, creating a unique atmosphere. Both the staff and customers are friendly and warm, making it a wonderful spot for engaging conversations with new people. One of the standout offerings for me is the gluten-free Belgian waffles, available all day. They prepare their own almond flour from scratch, and you can customize your toppings. It's a delightful experience for anyone, regardless of their dietary preferences!

My friend brought me here and I'm glad he did. The Tiki Masala with floral rice was very tasty and satisfied with lots of spices. I also have a smoothie that was delicious! I tried the chocolate cheesecake and it was simply not sweet enough for me at all, it also did not have the smooth rich texture I was looking for. Overall, it was a great meal though and I would like to try again some other things on the menu.

I took my mom here while she was in town because she's vegan and it doesn't disappoint. We had a smoothie, a juice, the pesto with zoodles and the black bean burger. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to try fresh, made to order, homemade food. The owner is very friendly and will answer any questions. Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu.
