Subway - Collinsville

The man at this restaurant is excellent. However, the woman who works there consistently puts vegetables on the sandwich before warming it, which makes them rubbery. She insists that's the proper way to do it. The man, on the other hand, does not do this without being asked. The food here is rated a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

I ordered a sandwich online and requested it to be ready for pick up when I arrived at the restaurant. However, when I got there at the scheduled pick up time of 20 minutes, I was told that they were giving priority to other online orders placed before mine. Despite this, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while they made sandwiches for other customers ahead of me. The service was poor, and if I hadn't already paid for the sandwich, I would have left. This was for takeout service.

I visited this restaurant on December 6, 2022, and the young man who served us was very nice. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name. He was the only one working at the time. Towards the end, a young lady came in to help him make our sandwich. Thank you to the man for his great service. We had a take-out meal for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20.

Subway closes too early, especially on nights when there are ball games. They may close at 9:30 or 9:45, but they are supposed to be open until 10. The staff is usually friendly and the food is good.

I went to Subway in Collinsville today at 4pm and they were out of bread. Only had flatbread. They had loaves rising but none in the oven.
