Contribuisci feedbackDoes not honor their coupons that are showing up on the app! When mistakes are made, they do not fix them! I had a 50% off after 6 PM coupon. If you order on the app I ordered on the app it did not apply to coupon. Customer service said that the store was refined the difference they refused and sent me back to customer service. I have waited nine days still have not heard back from anybody even though customer service that they sent it up spoke to the Manager at the store who said they spoke with the store owner, as well as the corporate level who denied being able to refund anything offered a 20% off coupon but had to come in store to order again and the employees are lazy told me they were out of me and changed Two of my subs completely instead of waiting on me to get there to pick up my order to ask me what I would like to do instead! So, not only without the money I spent at their establishment for the food I did order I had to go spend money elsewhere for the people who they made incorrectly!Follow Up: The general Manager Diamond hung the phone up on me in the middle of a conversation we were having because she did not like that I stated because of this incident and the unwillingness to help come to a respectful conclusion and solution for this issue that this particular establishment has lost a customer! Corporate has also decided that this is a problem for the customer and not an issue they feel is relevant for them to handle!
Something needs to be done about the dress code of employees. Very unprofessional, wearing hats backwards or sideways on heads pants hanging below where they should be and bathrooms were absolutely nasty.
Not sure that the food preparation speed and quality justify the price. From order to ready was 20 minutes with mayonnaise on the outside of my to-go bag. The bathroom had no paper towels available. Maybe they are just short staffed during the dinner rush. Plenty of options in the area good luck.
Worst Firehouse we have ever experienced. Everything was not clean.Tables and floors had food debris on them. Bathrooms had not been cleaned in a long time ring around the toilet bowl. One order was correct and one was not. Note: No Heath DepartmentScore was observed during our visit.
I ordered on my mobile app. When I got there they told me they had a few orders in front of me. After waiting 20 mins and watching new customers come in and get their food, I went up and asked about my order. They told me it had been sitting there and no one called out my name. Since it was my lunch break, I took the order (for me and my coworker) got back and the food (Hot Subs) were cold and the order was not right. So I called the store as soon as I could and they wouldn't replace the order. Very argumentative and said the best they could do was 15% off my next order. The woman making my order was not wearing gloves or a hairnet and the manager Lacy was rude as well. Do not worry Lacy, I won't be back and I'm sure your ok with that. This is the worst firehouse I've ever been too. I will return, but not to your poorly ran establishment.
