Afton Tavern - Concord

Overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced! The atmosphere was casual yet modern. Our server was outstanding, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. My only minor issue was that my hamburger was slightly overcooked, but everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!

However, the food left much to be desired. The chicken was dry and tough. I also ordered takeout for someone who couldn’t join us, but what we received was completely different from what I had requested. I ended up having to spend extra money at another restaurant to ensure that person got what they wanted. Since we don’t live nearby, I couldn't return to the restaurant to resolve the issue. While I might consider giving them another shot if we’re in the area, it certainly won’t be at the top of our list.

Our waiter was exceptional, and the food was incredible. This restaurant is a must-visit if you're in the area!

This is our second home. My son loves the quesadilla. My favorite is the chicken salad plate, but I have also tried multiple things on the menu and have not been disappointed. The service is also great.

Great service and very good food. Their signature cocktails are also very good, varied, and reasonably priced enough to try a couple! Highly recommend the Kickin Chicken sandwich, not too spicy at all, and the Afton Berry cocktail tastes like I imagine purple would taste. BBQ Chicken Skillet was good too, and a ton of food. The red skin in the potatoes overpowered them a little (but try a little salt and pepper and they are just fine)!
