Chicken Salad Chick - Concord

The menu was straightforward and easy to navigate, offering a variety of flavors to suit everyone's palate, including those new to chicken salad. I opted for the combo, turning my buffalo chicken salad into a sandwich. I also tried the grape salad and added an extra scoop of the sassy southern chicken salad (though it might be called something different). The meal included a medium drink and a cookie. My wife ordered the same sandwich and side, plus a BBQ scoop. The star of the meal was undoubtedly the chicken salad, but the toasted white bread came in a close second. It was perfectly toasted yet still soft. The grape salad, a popular side, was fantastic—topped with brown sugar, nuts, and sauce, it complemented the dish beautifully. The cookie was a nice addition to round off the meal. I’m having a hard time finding constructive criticism for either the meal or the staff; however, I believe every good review should include some. The only thing I could suggest is that there be clearer signage indicating that customers should approach the registers from the left side. Upon entering, there was a decorative walkway that blocked the view of the registers, leading some customers to guess which way to go. While we chose the correct route, others did not, causing congestion on the other side of the registers.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and I’m not even a huge fan of chicken salad! Their customer service is outstanding as well. I just had the best experience on my fourth visit to Chicken Salad Chick, which opened just a week and a half ago. I won't go into specifics, but I'm genuinely impressed by their customer service and highly recommend that you give this place a try. My personal favorites are Olivia's Old South and Fruity Fran. I've tried all the options, and they are all amazing, especially considering they primarily serve chicken salad! A big thank you to Britta for all her help today! My family and I will definitely be returning regularly.

This is an excellent spot to visit in the Concord area! The food is fantastic and really captures the vibe of a Southern sandwich shop. An added bonus is their cups, which are sturdy and don’t melt away like those at most restaurants. It’s truly the little things that make a difference!

I was so impressed with the atmosphere, food, and service. I was able to dine in with my parents and my son this morning, and participate in one of the giveaways; All of which was amazing. I will be back to support their business without a doubt. The line moved quickly, the staff did a fantastic job of staying calm with the crowd and getting the orders correct, the management 'touched tables ' to make sure everyone was enjoying everything. I would give this place 10 stars if it would let me! Way to go CSC. <3

The young lady at the counter was very friendly. The chicken salad was some of the best I have ever eaten. The restaurant was clean with a very nice atmosphere.
