Man and I eat a lot here. here is a list of what I know is vegan: - the avocado, gurken and economical rolls are a classic. - they have just changed their recipe for the Japanese mistsuppet to use mixed broth instead of meat broth (not my favorite dish, but still vegan.) I think they did the same for other typical vegan suppers, but if not, they could change the broth for me before. - I always get the yaki rays with tofu and it's delicious! - my sister usually gets the fried rice without butter. all in all, they are quite good to cover any dietary needs.

The few paints I was feeling as if I was thrown on eggshells to find various vegan options. in front of a fish sauce! When I asked about ingredients in some of the dishes I had in my head, I was told that it was fish sauce in them, otherwise they would be vegan. The veggie sushi rolls are a delicious and safe option.

I have the avocado roll and cast roll, as it was suggested in reviewing another person. both were good. I also have the spicy agitator-Fry udon noodles with sweet, which was also delicious. I would go back.

Only for the first time eaten here, as the only vegan in my family. it was very clean, raw beautiful, and the staff was very courteous and friendly! they had great options, and a very, very wide menu (gluten-free, low carb, sushi, wok, etc. with something for everyone. I had avocado and cucumber sushi rolls that were very fresh and filled! would definitely recommend.

Not only is the environment friendly, but the staff is very willing to work with you. They know what does and does not have animal products. Every time I go I order the spicy stir fried udon with extra veggies instead of meat. It is a completely vegan dish thanks to the rice noodles and homemade sauce!
