Hooters - Concord

We placed a catering order from the Speedway Boulevard restaurant, and the food was a huge success at our party—everything was hot and fresh. The staff during pickup were fantastic, friendly, and attentive. We ordered through Jennifer at the restaurant, who was incredibly nice and worked to find solutions to expedite our order.

Hooters always delivers! The food and drinks were great, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We didn't even realize they had closed until we noticed that some of the TVs were turned off. They didn't mention anything about closing. We quickly wrapped up and left. Luckily, we had already settled the bill, so we didn’t create any further delays.

Always fantastic! They have the best wings in town, and Kendall G does an amazing job!

Jordan is the happiest bar tender I’ve seen in a while sweet smile very on top of her customers. I never wait for refills or my food or my check. She’s awesome so is everyone else at this location.

The manager is very rude! I called upset because someone clearly ate some of my fried pickles… He yelled at me and said ma’am nobody ate your fried pickles… Why is the box torn at the front and it was an empty container of ranch ranch poured on the pickles??? See picture below… I also had food items missing instead of offering to correct my order he said take it up with Uber Eats! It’s sad because he could’ve at least offered to correct my order, but instead got an attitude with me like it’s my fault.
