Starbucks - Concord

I just want to say that I come here every day, and while everyone is friendly, there's one employee who stands out. She is incredibly sweet and efficient at her job! She quickly and accurately prepares the drinks, and this place is lucky to have her! I always know that when she is working, I will receive fantastic service. There’s also Jordan, who works here and is also amazing—my drink is always made perfectly every time! This restaurant is fortunate to have both of them, and they are the main reason I come back every day!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and they got my order wrong. When I went inside to have it corrected, they messed it up again. The whole place seemed very disorganized.

I recently visited this café and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The service was excellent, but the highlight was the barista named Bailey. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I would rate this café four out of five stars and would definitely recommend it, especially if you have the opportunity to interact with Bailey. She truly made my experience memorable.

It is in the regular busy with a decent wait inside or outside. when they only order brew coffee, it is sometimes faster. food: 5/5
