Contribuisci feedbackWhat a terrible experience. I love Wingstop food, but will never return to this location. All the other reviews are accurate: it will take them an hour to make your food. I placed an online order, it said 16 21 minutes. Nope. 57 minutes for 4 sandwiches. I would've been more understanding if they were understaffed and apologetic. Instead, the kitchen was full of employees, all of whom were working so slowly. Orders were being mixed up, the young man bagging the orders called them out so quietly no one could hear when their food was up. Bags started to pile up, so waiting customers called out names from the tickets even after an employee snapped at someone for touching a bag. Many of us went to the counter repeatedly to check the status of our food. No apologies to anyone for the wait. Incredibly poor management, supervision, and employee quality. Save an hour of your life, go literally anywhere else. PS the lemon pepper sandwich was pretty good though.
I never received my order due to door dash and I then had to travel to the store myself. However, GREG WAS AMAZING!!!! He was the only one working all the orders in the store and he did not disappoint! He was very kind and took his time with each order and they were all correct. This man definitely deserves a raise.
Don?t get me wrong, I never have a bad experience at this location. But the last time I went. It was opposite of normal. I had previous tried the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was great. The chicken was ?real? (as real as it gets for fast food) and it was fresh. The last time I went, this chicken looked like a mcchicken patty. When I tell you it was mushy and RAW. I got sick that night. I tried reaching out and received no response. The wait time was ridiculous. I did an online order, drove 15 min from my job. And waited for 45 min after I got there and it still was raw. And they were out of ranch???!
My husband and I decided to stop in because of the late hours. It was 9:30p.m. and they close at midnight so I knew we had plenty of time unlike other restaurants in the area closing at 10. We ordered our food and our order went back at 9:33. We received our food at 10:15. 2 chicken sandwiches, 15 boneless wings and fries. I went to the restroom to find no toilet paper, no soap, over flowing trash cans and an overwhelming smell of urine. Went to get our drinks after that and most sodas were out and tasted like carbonated water. The music was so loud we couldn't even hear each other talk at the table. One employee started cleaning tables and putting up chairs. I thought that was strange being they close at midnight. She even sprayed my husband with cleaner while she sprayed the table behind him. Finally when we received our food, the fries were cold. There was sauce all over the outside of our boxes. My chicken was overcooked, greasy and barely had any seasoning. I told my husband I could tell it was probably going to be that way. Their fryers were smoking very badly. That tells me they either haven't been cleaned in a long time or not cleaned properly. I have worked in a restaurant for 17 years and I understand going through hard times, lack of help, etc... but not one employee seemed like they wanted to be there nor cared whether the customer was pleased or not. This was our first and last time there.
I have truly never seen more of a disaster of a restaurant. We placed an online order at 7:21 PM. We arrived at the location at 8:15 PM after we were quoted the food would be ready in roughly 20 minutes. We did not leave the restaurant until 9:18 PM with the food in hand. After receiving the food, the wings were extremely oily and had no seasoning. What a waste of $40.
