Salata - Conroe

I’ve visited this restaurant twice now, and unfortunately, my second experience was just as disappointing as the first. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, so I can’t fault that. The issue lies with the heavyset older Hispanic woman who makes the salads. She is incredibly rude. My first visit was marred by the same attitude from her. I don’t know what her previous job was, but it seems unlikely that it involved customer service. The manager really needs to address this situation. Even the cashier mentioned how unhelpful the salad maker is and how rude her manner is. I’d rather drive to another location to avoid dealing with her again.

The ladies there are always so kind, and the salad is as good as it gets (for salad anyway).

It's okay. I've ate at better salad kitchens in Denver cannot think of the name but compare the two the Denver one wins hands down. fresher food,cleaner overall happier

The salad was excellent, but when you ask the staff a question, they seem completely confused, as if you were speaking a different language.

I visited Salata for the first time, and I was impressed. The food was fantastic, and I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients.
