Contribuisci feedbackOn 12/16/23 I stopped at the drive through approximately 8:30/8:45AM. A young lady politely greeted me through the speaker and said “good morning We will be Right with you”. Needless to say, I sat there over 5 minutes and she never came back (although I heard her talking through the speaker to someone else). It was all very strange because there were no other cars in the drive thru besides mine. There was also no one inside. So there didn’t appear to be a wait. After I backed out of the drive thru, I slowed down to look inside and I was correct, THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. They couldn’t get ONE car out of the drive thru with not even ONE person waiting on the inside? WOWI was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because this place is usually very efficient and professional. I always thought it was ran well until now.
This place made me feel so good inside when I was having a bad day that I ended up paying for the guy behind me his meal as well!!.... The manager was OnPoint with a smile on his face and making the workers feel like they were having a good day as well. I wish I could remember the manager's name but it was 4:00 p.m. last Thursday evening!!Kid-friendliness: The kids were very happy especially wearing the Burger King crowns.....Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect accessibilities
Every time I get the chicken sandwich form here I get very sick!! It takes 15 minutes to get through a line with two cars, don’t go here.
My most recent trip to BK was Thursday, Oct 26th, around 10:30 pm. My 3 friends and I went through the drive thru. The person taking our order (MATT) was extremely kind, friendly, and courteous. MATT was respectable enough to let us know that we would have to wait approx. 3 min for our order because all was being prepared fresh.I am 57 yrs old and have observed that in many so called fast food establishments that many of the younger employees have no will, nor desire to work, are disrespectful, and very unfriendly!Thank you MATT for your kindness. Continue to be a leader! Remember to always march to the beat of your own drum... NO MATTER WHAT YOUR PEERS DO OR HOW THEY ACT!! THANK YOU!
Terribly slow drive through that has you trapped. You can't even get out after being stuck for 15
