Abrakebabra - Cork

The food was nice and was cooked perfectly. I had chicken baguette cost me €7.50. I gave this place 3 stars because table was which is bad hygiene and lazy service by staff. I don't know who in charge of abrakebabra but he or she doesn't seem to be getting the message a cross to staff and obviously not taking onboard the feedback from online reviews. I understand places can get busy and staff don't always have time to clean the tables. But it was quite when I was in there staff were just chatting away to each other. I don't mind co workers being friendly with each other but as a paying customer would expect tables where people sit down to eat to be cleaned its part of their job.

This restaurant is very pricey, with a messy dining area and small portions. However, the food is delicious despite the drawbacks.

Nice shop, but things have definitely changed overtime. It use to be that the food was amazing, and would justify visiting the shop, even if it was a bit out of the way. But now, whatever has happened, its just lost that touch. The restraint feels dead inside, all the staff look **** miserable inside, the food comes out cold, all while being charges extortionate prices. The wraps we had today, they 've swapped to flatbread from tortilla wraps, so not 40% of the meal is just really dry, honestly pretty bad tasting bread. The chips were limp? Not even soggy, just not fried enough, and seasoned was a bit deceiving, they had pretty much no flavour to them at all. And to top it all off, the bathrooms were a bit messy, and no toilet paper inside, which is just irritating and embarrassing for my friend to have to ask for some at the counter. Paid around €23 for two wraps, a small bad og chips, and a diet coke, which I can say with some certainty, was way too god damn much, considering the prices of other menu items?

Absolutely yum please marry me abra your curry chicken chips oh my god but please fix yer mens toilet door it’s a state xx
