Contribuisci feedbackThe manager Destiny does not care about customers,we ordered a pizza which took over 2 hours to be delivered when we got it it was cold and dry, she said she will not give it to us free but would take half off the price. She obviously does not know about customer satisfaction pizza hut lost 3 customers because of them.They need better training.
Get my order right, not give someone else my pizza, have to wait for my pizza again, then get home and noticed they messed up order again with my wings. Called and had to go back to store to get my honey barbecue wings. Finally got home to cold pizza. Very unhappy customer.
Paid seven dollars for what? Trash to be thrown away! Not edible. Called and asked if I can receive a refund and was told they do not do refunds got store credit. I know for damn sure the ppl there wouldn’t eat or serve this to their family for friends. What a disgrace. Highly do not recommend this store.
Made an order yesterday and did not receive a refund for the food I didn't receive. Made an order today and received burnt bread sticks. Didn't even come with the customer service code so I could apply it to their online survey. Definitely don't recommend this place, I couldn't even get a refund on my burnt bread sticks.
I waiting in front of the restaurant for over 15 minutes before I called to see why no one came out to bring my pizza out. The parking spots for curbside are not very visible for the customers. When I called to ask what happened, the store manager said some one went out but that is not true. I was parked just outside of the front doors to the restaurant. I am sure they only looked out the window, despite me pressing the here, button on the app. My pizza was cold.
