Burger King - Crete

Waited almost 15 minutes to receive food from an online order. It's one of worst BK's in this area. I've tried and tried to give this location another chance. It's no use...no

I don't know about the reviews here, but I am a huge Whopper fan, I occasionally stop on the way home and eat inside, and these guys do a great job. The facility is clean and my food has been made very well every time.

Let me begin by saying I live in close proximity to this Burger King and the one on Chicago road and Sauk Trail in Chicago Heights. This Burger King is a fairly new location, it's only been here for a few years. The establishment seems clean and is a fairly nice restaurant visibly. Now with all that being said, this is the worst fast food place I've ever visited. I've really tried to give it a chance by going at different times and ordering different things but, it doesn't matter when you go or what you order. The food is always cold and looks like something they just threw together. They take absolutely no pride in preparing food and clearly doesn't seem to care. I went for breakfast today August 10 and yesterday the 9th. I had to return some hash browns or potatoes because they were to hard (overcooked). So when they gave me the new ones they were under cooked and warm at best. The sista that wears glasses is the manager and her attitude is awful. Not awful in terms of speaking but non chalant, as if she really doesn't care about her position. She seems to be there just to get a check. I don't care what you do for a living, but take some pride in what you do. When you're in a customer service industry, take pride and care in your customers. My wife is in customer service and has set the standard in terms of going above and beyond. She's said many times that she treats people like she would want to be treated and would want her family to be treated. I apologize for this long review but I wanted to be as detailed as I could be about this place. Don't waste your time or your money, you can go to the Circle K at the corner and get better food and DEFINITELY better service. Have a good day and be blessed.

Asked for a cupholder, the worker told me she does not speak English. Asked for an Impossible sandwich and the cashier appeared to have never heard of this sandwich. I won't be returning. I'm not sure what is happening at the Crete location with the people that are being hired.

Very ignorant people. Coke machine sucked. Told them taste like seltzer water and they try to say it was good. I know what it's suppose to taste like not good at all. Never going back there. Plus McDonald's next door thought I'd be better off. Even tho I don't do McDonald's..
