Worth the drive - was recommended to us for a large family gathering and yes, this lived up to the hype! What a fun place - an old school that has been made into a western restaurant. Great ambience, wide range of selection on the menu (kids menu; for adults there is a selection of steak/chicken/pasta's/pizza/pork ternderloin, great desserts). I was concerned this was too far and not worth the drive however was pleasantly surprised - worth the trip!Small comment, take this with a grain of salt as we were with a large group of 15.....the service was slow. We did not get drink refills and meals came to us over a 15 min period (some were literally done before the last plate arrived). That said we were happy with the overall experience and I stack some of these little issues up to the fact that the place was absolutely packed and we were a large group with a variety of orders.

It is the most unexpected gem you'll ever find in small town Saskatchewan. The caliber of the food, decor and patio area are second to none. If you are ever travelling near Canora or even Yorkton, do yourself a favour and detour yourself over to Rawhide, you'll be very happy that you did.

A surprise for a small town. Its a great looking restaurant and food was tasty. They had 5 beers on tap. The patio area is huge. We sat inside, lots of character that we wanted to enjoy. We will come back again
