Dunkin' - Crystal Lake

Ordered a small gingerbread latte and small cup of ice water. $3.98. Order was confirmed. Went to pickup window and was handed the coffee which had no whipped cream or sprinkles as have gotten at other Dunkins. Asked where the small ice water was. The guy said with real attitude it would be 1 extra dollar for small cup of water. The receipt listed 2 items with total already paid at order window. Won't ever go back to this new location. 1 star because they had coffee. Minus 5 stars for customer service.

WAY better dunkin than the Island Lake dump. But this one, staff isn't friendly and doesn't care to accommodate special requests; i.e. because i hadn't ordered the free donut on Wednesday through the app when I ordered and paid for my drink, i was denied the donut. Not a big deal, but it'd go a long way towards customer service, especially for a loyal patron who visits 2-4 times per week. The issue I have with Dunkin in general is that ALL YEAR LONG I order and pay for my coffee with almond milk. Yet i still have to pay for the milk in my reward drink. How is that a reward?! Boo, Dunkin

I just left here?ordering and service was quick and fine, but I?m so mad?my pumpkin muffin has no streusel or frosting on it!!! Disgusting!! Also, my iced pumpkin latte had no whipped cream. Do they just not use toppings here? I don?t understand how some Dunkin?s just do what they want?aren?t they all supposed to be uniform? Of course I tried calling and it?s an 800 number that?s automated.

Always get stale donuts unless you ask for fresh (even then its questionable). Also after ordering through the app they were out of something and instead of replacing or refunding they said I needed to contact customer service online, Who then said I needed to contact the store directly. No response after multiple attempts since October, no refund.

Nothing like a mouth-full of coffee grounds to go with stale donuts. 2nd time now....
