Kolache - Cypress

Picked up an order for someone else and as I was walking out the door I sat the coffee and the bag on a table to tie the bag better and get a better hold. As I picked back up the bag it bumped the coffee off the table. The man and woman working here looked at me like I just murdered someone. I would usually be very apologetic but after the way they responded to the situation not a chance. The guy came out of the back his eyes were huge and I told him that the coffee had fallen off the table. The woman started to show me you have to hold it like this not like this you have to hold it like this. I told her the bag had bumped it off the table. She pointed at me and told me you spill it one more time you pay for it with an attitude. I was mind blown at this point if I was not working I would have opened my mouth and said something because it's disgusting to treat people this way.

Every time my family comes in town they forced me to drive pass three donut shops .. to Katy... Seriously it's worth the drive...

I have come very often, they have a point system that they do not honor. Today it must have been a computer glitch and it took my points and she sat and argued with me about how I didn’t have the points. I know it might be small but I’m so big on customer service that I will never return or give my business to them again. I have lots of people and I mean lots that I have referred to them and I will now tell them to not shop here anymore. Small businesses won’t get it regarding customer service until their pockets are effected. I’ll support the donut shop right down the road southern maid donuts!!!

I couldn't recommend it enough! Great Service, tasty, and easy pickup. I gave super short notice: I ordered on Tuesday and picked the cake up on Saturday and it still turned out beyond my expectations. The costs do add up but it is worth it. Store-bought cakes won't suffice when it comes to a beautifully decorated cake for a special occasion.
