Dunkin' - Dacula

Every single time I go there is always a 50% chance my order will be right. All I ask for is ice coffee with little or no ice. Didn't think it would be very difficult to NOT put ice in coffee.

Poor poor poor. Asked for an iced decaf drink and donuts. In return got a hot drink and it was caffeinated. Couldn?t drink it. The donuts were old and stale. Rude service and no type of customer experience training. Do not come to this house place. Explains why they never have a wait time.

I've been visiting these Dunkin' Donuts since they opened. All the time, there were only 3 errors that were quickly corrected. The staff has always been pleasant and if they are not vaccinated, we had decent conversations.

Donuts were okay. But the Wmployees must learn to observe language there when customers and especially children are. I heard one of the guys behind the counter dropped the F bomb a few times while I was in there.

Great place to take a coffee. Even after lunch, if I needed a coffee in a bad way, still fresh and cheap.
