Little Caesars Pizza - Dallas

This restaurant has terrible management. The pizzas are never ready and available. I've placed multiple orders through the app, and each time the pizza is not ready at the promised time. There always seems to be a wait, regardless of whether you order ahead or not.

I placed an order over the phone and picked it up right on time. The food was delicious! The staff was nice, friendly, and very welcoming!

I've had Little Ceasars a good bit and this was the 1st time the pizzas were terrible.. the cheese bread was the only thing that looked and tasted right. All the pizzas looked like thin crust which I do not like thin crust at all I ordered Ultimate Supreme $13 barely had toppings and crust was thin 3 meat $10 toppings were there crust was thin Pepperoni $6 crust was thin Cheese $6 crust was thin Cheese bread $5 was thick and very good Workers were nice .. no one was rude just pizza was not what ordered. I order the same things every time except this time I had an extra pizza As for the other Little Ceasars they do great business. I probably won't go back to the Dallas,GA store off of villa rica hwy

Wow this place has changed, and definitely for the better! They must be under new management because they took the worst employees and situations and turned it around to be one of the better Little Caesars around. Definitely an improvement from last year. They had the worst employees and management but now they have obviously made some changes and deserve a much better rating than before.

On August 16, 2022, I attempted to place an online order, but it didn't go through. I decided to go to the restaurant in person to order, only to be told that it would take an hour. Other customers mentioned they had already been waiting for an hour as well.
