Kfc - Dartmouth

It literally took 55 minutes to get my 10pieces of chicken bruh.

Ordered beef taco and chicken taco. had no beef or chicken. said they only have beans. Chicken....is in your name. beef i could understand because they hired Hindu employees and its against thier religion. bad for business but chicken really what the hell?

I'm usually easy to please, but after living in Dartmouth for years, this restaurant has consistently let me down. I thought I’d give it another shot tonight, but as usual, my order took 10 minutes to arrive, and the food was old, soggy, and lukewarm. Even the soda was warm, and I paid $30 for it. I'm done with this place. The service is terrible, and the food is never fresh or hot. I recommend looking for better dining options at the mall — there are plenty to choose from.

I waited 10 minutes to place my order, and then the staff spent 7 minutes talking about something that didn't even involve the food. I politely asked if they could fry some plant-based patties for my sandwiches, knowing it would take some time. Instead of a response, I just got a blank stare. It was really frustrating—if you want to chat, do it when there are no customers around.

The customer service was lacking; I waited for a few minutes and the attendant simply glanced at me without saying a word, then went back to cleaning while ignoring me.
