This is a quiet and cozy spot to relax and study. However, it's important to double-check your order before picking it up, as there’s a good chance there may be mistakes. The tables are clean, but the floors could use some attention.

Cashiers rude and speaking to each other rather than checking out the line of customers they had. Dining room full of garbage. 30 min wait for food. No soap in the bathroom… good thing we’re not in a pandemic.

The last 3 times I’ve come to this location, my order has been missing things. Tried door dash, missing things. So the next time I decided to pick up, checked the bag, missing things. The last time, I received the wrong drink for a pickup, but that was easily fixed. Get all the way home to realize a whole meal is missing. Tried to call. No answer after 20 minutes of trying. Drove all the way back for the manager to blame the employees for the 3rd time and offer a pastry and a pick two coupon. I just wanted my meal. She then tells me she’ll go ahead and remake it since the original one I ordered “has been sitting out”. I don’t usually complain as I’ve worked in the service industry before, but this is crazy to me.

--- I evaluated this restaurant based on its reliability, quality, and online ordering experience. I only placed online orders for pickup, and every order—consisting of at least 6 or 7 items—was always perfect. This consistency gives me confidence that what I order is exactly what I receive when I pick up my food! The first time I ordered from here, I thought something was missing, but a staff member came around the counter and helped me check the entire bag. It turned out I had made a mistake.

My wife and I have been visiting this wonderful restaurant for years. Our orders are always perfect, and the service is consistently fast and fresh. The other day we went in, and the manager seemed really enthusiastic! The place was clean, all customers received their orders promptly, and every service station was well-staffed and accessible. The only downside to our visit was a man at the table behind us who was coughing quite heavily. I’m sure his cough echoed throughout the restaurant, and no one addressed it. While I understand we live in a free world and they can't force him to cover his mouth, it would have been nice if someone had said something.
