I like the bar area most. The high table in the corner with most views. The menu is the same with the restaurant. They also have a terrace outside.

My sister and I had the most amazing experience in Canyon Steakhouse. Elizabeth was our server and she was so courteous and professional and gave service as you would get in every five-star restaurant. The food was the best I had everywhere. And I had the opportunity to do some travel and sampling. Thank you Elizabeth for such a wonderful and pleasant experience. Two sisters go there and do that

One of the best restaurants I ever dense. Food was excellent, and the customer service was unsurpassed. The whole food we ate in Alaska was poor.

The service was excellent I am very lactose intolerant they made sure that none of my foods had any dairy I ordered the fillet super delicate and seasoned perfect where the vegetables

We started w the Wedge salad and french onion soup. Both were large servings and tasty. Three of us had the Beef tenderloin (filet), two had the Braised Ribs and one had the Pork chop. All was fall-off-the-bone fantastic!! For dessert it was four bread puddings, one mud pie and one berry tart. Our only criticism is warm the bread pudding!!! Two bottles of red nicely rounded out this highly recommended meal. Make a reservation!!
